Livornese Sauce - great idea Col

My sister Colleen came up with a great suggestion for all the olives - livornese sauce. We have had it over red snapper but don't have any. So, we will just have it over pasta. Have lots of pasta. My daughter swims and I always make 3-4 pounds of pasta for the team. Last week, made Mac and Cheese, so needed elbows. Bought from Costco but the 6 pack only had 2 elbows, so ended up buying 12 and used 4. Making marinara sauce now and will use to make chicken and eggplant parm. Had some frozen fried eggplant in the freezer.

Matt decided to go out for dinner with his girlfriend. We can't go out for the month, but we should do fine.
